All items are handmade and while every effort has been made to photograph them to show the true colours and textures, please be aware that computer monitors do all differ slightly and the colours you see on screen may not match exactly the colours in real life. These are very slight differences and our descriptions alongside the photographs should give you a very close idea. Also, please note that the nature of hand printing means there will be some slight variations or imperfections on each piece, but this is the beauty of handmade and it's good to be a little different, right?! When you place an order you will be sent an acknowledgement by email giving you an indication of when to expect your goods. You will be contacted as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order. You may cancel your order within 7 days. If the item has been dispatched, simply return it to us for a full refund. SHIPPING
All items will be shipped in 1-3 days (Monday – Friday) after payment is cleared, unless it’s a custom order or otherwise indicated. The shipping costs cover postage and handling and I make sure that the item is packaged carefully to ensure protection during delivery. If you need your order in a rush, please let me know as soon as you can and we will work out an upgraded shipping option, which will incur additional shipping charges.
For international shipments, we use USPS First Class International, which does not come with a tracking or confirmation option. Please note that international shipments can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to arrive. Please also note that international buyers may be required to pay duties/VAT/taxes once the package passes through customs.
If you would prefer a different shipping method let us know as soon as you can - we usually ship within two days of receiving an order.

RETURNS
Formoni wants all of our customers to be happy with their purchase and our service. If for any reason the item isn't what you expected or it's defective in any way, please contact us within fourteen (14) days from when you receive it and we can work out a return/refund or an exchange for the item, which needs to be returned to Formoni in its original condition. If damaged has occurred during shipment, photographs of the damaged item(s) are required in order to file for insurance claims. Refunds and exchanges, if applicable, will only be issued once the item and/or photographs have been received by Formoni.
In the event of a refund or exchange, Formoni is not able to refund shipping costs, domestic or overseas. Any and all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom orders with personalized labels cannot be returned.
